PE at Kennedy

  • Kennedy provides endurance runs, boot camp, jump rope, speed and agility footwork drills, strength training, and a variety of activities to develop skills and teamwork in our Physical Fitness classes. All students get to actively participate in a physical fitness program designed to help them set goals, work on interpersonal social development, have an understanding of and develop skillful movement. Our hope is that your child will appreciate and choose a healthy, active lifestyle.
