Resources for Blue Hills Families

  • Parent Education Night Topics 2019-2020

(April, 2018) Parents came to school to better understand the annual assessment, given to 3rd through 5th graders. The presentation can be found HERE. Hopefully, it will help parents understand what the assessment entails, what schools do with the scores, and even allow you to practice the test yourself!

Log in HERE as a guest and follow the pages to practice the test at home!

(January, 2018) The first is a series of parent education evenings took place last Wednesday, January 10th. Blue Hills is fortunate enough to partner with Acknowledge Alliance which supports school connectedness and promotes positive relationships between home, school, and students.

Below is a list of resources from the evening event. These resources help explain their role at our school as well as provide education to parents regarding the connection between social emotional development and school success. Hopefully, when going through these resources, you'll find great tips and ideas to strengthen your relationship at home and better understand your child!
