Mrs. Shan Wong
My name is Shan Wong, and I am excited to be teaching third grade here at Montclaire. I was born and raised in San Jose and completed my undergraduate studies in Aerospace Engineering at UCLA and a Masters in Teaching from Santa Clara University. For nearly a decade I worked as an engineer in the semiconductor industry before discovering the joys of teaching while volunteering at my daughters’ school. I hope to inspire students to be lifelong learners, creative problem solvers, and compassionate citizens. In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, running, and spending time with my family.
