As you may be aware, 2020 is an election year for the Cupertino Union School Board. This November, voters will elect two members to the school board.
Board President Lori Cunningham and Board Vice President Jerry Liu held a candidate information session on March 30, 2020. For those of you who missed this meeting and are interested in learning more about the function of a board and the commitment, we have included the presentation from the March meeting and Lori and Jerry would be happy to discuss any questions you may have about the process or the role of a Board Member.
It is important to note that the Board Candidate Nomination Period Opens: July 13, 2020, and Closes: Aug 7, 2020.
The Santa Clara County School Board Association (SCCSBA) is holding a Candidate Workshop, on Saturday, June 27 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. via Zoom.
