World Language
The aim of the World Language Program within the Cupertino Union School District is to cultivate multilingual and culturally competent students who can thrive in an interconnected world. Through engaging and immersive language instruction, the program seeks to develop students' communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing while fostering an appreciation for diverse cultures and global perspectives. By emphasizing practical language use and cultural understanding, the program prepares students to participate actively and confidently in a variety of international and multicultural settings. Ultimately, the World Language Program aspires to equip students with the linguistic tools and cross-cultural awareness necessary for academic, professional, and personal success in a global society.
