Maintenance

Our mission is to provide a safe, clean, and well-maintained campus for students and staff. The Maintenance and Grounds team are responsible for the operation and repair of real property facilities and systems. The team handles routine restricted, preventive, and deferred maintenance projects.

Facilities and systems covered by their work includes: Power Distribution, Lighting, Fire Suppression Systems, Plumbing Systems, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Building Automated Controls (BAC), Asphalt / Concrete Walkways, Quads, Parking Lots, Fencing & Gates, Walls, Floors, Ceilings, Painting, Doors, Locks, Keys, Playgrounds, Elevators and Lifts, Irrigation systems, Lawns, Trees, and PlantsLouis (Israel) Lara, Manager
