- Scope of Work: Construction of the Cupertino Union School District (CUSD) Walk-In Cooler and Freezer Project for the following middle schools as indicated in Contract documents: Hyde MS (Walk-in Cooler), 19325 Bollinger Rd., Cupertino, CA 95014, Miller MS (Walk-in Cooler), 6151 Rainbow Dr. San Jose, Ca 95129.
- Mandatory Bid Walk: A mandatory prebid conference and site visit will be held on Sept. 10, 2025, beginning at 10:00 am at Miller MS, 6151 Rainbow Dr., San Jose. From there the prebid site visit will proceed to Hyde MS, 19325 Bollinger Rd., Cupertino. Estimated end time is 11:00 am.
- Contractor License required: Contractor License required: B General Contractor & C-38 (Refrigeration), C-38 can be subcontractor to B General Contractor
- Prequalification required: If you are not currently approved on Quality Bidders for Cupertino Union School District, please go here to submit application.
- Engineer's Estimate: $474,306.00
- Bid Opening Date and Time: Oct. 3, 2025 @ 1:00 pm
