- Scope of Work: Construction of the Cupertino Union School District (CUSD) Walk-In Cooler and Freezer Project for the following middle schools as indicated in Contract documents: Cupertino MS (Walk-in Freezer), 1650 S. Bernardo Ave., Sunnyvale, CA 94087, Kennedy MS (Walk-in Cooler), 821 Bubb Rd., Cupertino, CA 95014.
- Mandatory Bid Walk: A mandatory prebid conference and site visit will be held on Sept. 10, 2025, beginning at 9:00 am. at Cupertino MS, 1650 S. Bernardo Ave., Sunnyvale. From there the prebid site visit will proceed to Kennedy MS, 821 Bubb Road, Cupertino. Estimated end time is 9:45 am.
- Contractor License required: B General Contractor & C-38 (Refrigeration), C-38 can be subcontractor to B General Contractor
- Prequalification required: If you are not currently approved on Quality Bidders for Cupertino Union School District, please go here to submit application.
- Engineer's Estimate: $470,514.00
- Bid Opening Date and Time: Oct. 3, 2025 @ 1:30 pm
- Construction: Oct 24, 2025-May 31, 2026
