RFQ 26-B05-08 Elevator and Wheelchair Lift Maintenance
Scope of Work: The Cupertino Union School District (hereafter the “District”) seeks quotes from qualified firms for Elevator & Wheelchair Lift Maintenance Services whose response meets the District’s requirements.
Term of Contract: The initial term of this contract shall be two and a half years from Jan. 1, 2026 - June 30, 2028 with two (2) one-year options to renew the contract.
Non-mandatory Bid Walk: November 5, 2025 @ 8:00 a.m. at Lawson Middle School, then proceed to Cupertino Middle School.
Last day for Questions: Wednesday, November 12, 2025 @ 3:00 p.m.
Bid Due Date: Wednesday, November 19, 2025 @ 1:00 p.m.
