Although I am not a native Californian, I grew up in California and I have developed deep ties to Santa Clara County. My career in education has not solely consisted of teaching Science, I have also taught pre-school, math, and language arts. As for extracurricular activities, I have advised a variety of school clubs and coached football, volleyball, track, and basketball. I enjoy being outdoors and spending time gardening, hiking, camping, beach-combing, etc. with my family.
