• 2022-2023 New Transitional Kindergarten through 8th Grade Student Priority Registration

    January 10, 2022 through February 16, 2022

     

     

    Kindergarten is available for children turning five years old on or before September 1, 2022 (date of birth range: 09/02/2016 - 09/01/2017)

    TK is available for children turning five years old between September 2, 2022, and December 2, 2023 (date of birth range: 09/02/2017 - 12/02/2017)

    TK is part of a two-year Kindergarten program.

    **Matriculating Kindergarten (current TK) students and 6th grade (current 5th) students DO NOT need to complete a new registration**

      

    NEW incoming Transitional Kindergarten students will register remotely through Student Assignment. More information about how to register will be posted at a later date.

    NEW incoming Kindergarten through 8th grade students will register at their attendance area school. More information about how to register will be posted at a later date.

    Please note: You must be physically living within CUSD boundaries to register. CUSD does not accept any pre-registrations. 

     

    Virtual Parent Information Meetings will be held on:

    Tuesday, December 7th at 10:00 am*

    Monday, December 13th at 5:30 pm*

    *Zoom links will be posted prior to the meetings

    The meetings will cover the registration and Open Enrollment process for new students/families. These are not mandatory meetings for 2022-2023 registration.

      February 1, 2022 through February 16, 2022

       

      The Open Enrollment Window is February 1, 2022 through February 16, 2022 - More information about how to apply will be posted at a later date.

      All incoming or matriculating CUSD Kindergarten through 8th grade students may apply for up to two alternative programs* and/or up to two attendance area schools other than their home school. Parents will apply via an electronic form on the District website during the Priority Open Enrollment Window.

      *Participation in the alternative program school lottery requires attending a tour/meeting—visit each alternative school’s website to sign up for a tour/meeting!

      Blue Hills, Collins, De Vargas, Dilworth, Eaton, Eisenhower, Garden Gate, Lincoln, Montclaire, Nimitz, Sedgwick, Stevens Creek, Stocklmeir and West Valley

       

      Attendance Area Middle Schools

      Cupertino, Hyde, Kennedy, Lawson and Miller

        

      Alternative Education Program

      Faria, McAuliffe, Murdock-Portal and CLIP (Cupertino Language Immersion Program) K-5 at Meyerholz and 6-8 Miller
