Use of CUSD Facilities

  • External Facility Use Permit Update Notice

    Effective Monday, March 16, 2020

     

    On a daily basis, we have been working with the Health Department, County Office of Education and Santa Clara County Superintendents to remain in alignment with actions and responses in support of students, staff, and community. In order to address the current needs of our school community in a timely and appropriate manner, we are temporarily suspending all External Use Permit Applications for the remainder of this school year to include Summer Usage.  Our facility use permit site will be inoperable until reactivated on May 29, 2020, to accept applications for the 2020 - 2021 school year.  Please know that we value your service to our students and community and recognize the impact this may have on your planning.  We appreciate your flexibility and support during this time as we work in collaboration to support students, staff and the greater school communities.

    We will provide updates on this site if decisions change that would impact the opening of the application process.
