We hope you had a wonderful summer and welcome to a new school year! The PTA is looking forward to meeting and working with you towards a fantastic year.
We need your support. The PTA only runs one BIG fundraiser for the school and it is our Direct Donation Drive. We encourage you to support our efforts by contributing $100. Your donation funds the following programs:
Teacher’s Grants, Library Support, Infrastructure Improvements, Technology Support, End of the Year Field Trips, Student Assemblies, WEB Program and much more…
The full amount is tax deductible. We also accept employee/company matches. We understand that the donation is voluntary and some may not be able to meet the full amount. Any contribution you make is appreciated. You can now pay online using PayPal or Zelle to LawsonPTA.Treasurer@gmail.com. Be sure to include your child’s name in the payment memo. There is no deadline to donations.
Join PTA today by becoming a member. Membership is open to all Lawson Parents, Students, their Families, Alumni and Community Members. The Annual Membership Fee is $15 per person. Please note that you do not have to be a member to attend the meetings. Association meetings for this year are: 9/6 (5:30pm, Event Center), 2/7/19 (6:00pm, Library), 3/7/19 (9:30am, Office Conference Rm), 4/11/19 (6:00pm, Library).
Finally, we hope that you will be able to find at least one event at Lawson in which you can volunteer your time or donate supplies. When we all work together as a community, every child benefits from our efforts.
